Publify It (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services and integrations with third-party platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, Google Business Profile, Twitter (X), Mastodon, WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, Threads, YouTube, Instagram, and Bluesky.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information – name, email, and authentication details to create or access your account.
• Authorization Data – OAuth tokens or credentials from connected platforms so you can publish, schedule, and view analytics.
• Content Data – posts, captions, media, and metadata you upload or schedule.
• Usage Data – logs, API calls, timestamps, and feature usage to improve reliability and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain Publify It’s publishing, scheduling, and analytics features.
• Enable you to connect and manage the platforms listed above.
• Authenticate and secure your account.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data when:

• You explicitly connect a platform account (e.g., Pinterest or TikTok) and authorize posting or analytics retrieval.
• We use service providers that host or secure our app.
• Required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Platform-Specific Use

Publify It uses official APIs provided by each network to perform actions you approve, such as publishing, retrieving analytics, or managing pages:

• Pinterest API – create and manage Pins or Boards.
• TikTok API – publish videos and view engagement metrics.
• Google Business Profile API – post business updates and media.
• WordPress REST API – create and update blog posts.
• LinkedIn API – share posts and images to profiles or pages.
• Facebook Graph API / Threads API – manage Facebook Pages and Threads content.
• Twitter (X) API – post tweets and media.
• Mastodon API – publish posts (“toots”) to federated servers.
• YouTube Data API – upload and manage videos or Shorts.
• Instagram Graph API – publish images, Reels, and captions.
• Bluesky API – publish and retrieve posts.

We store only minimal tokens necessary for functionality and never post without explicit user consent. You can revoke access for any platform at any time within Publify It or directly in that platform’s account settings.

5. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to operate the Service. Upon account deletion, all user data and tokens are removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your data.
• Revoke third-party authorizations.
• Request a copy of your stored data.

7. Security

We use encryption, secure API calls, and restricted access to safeguard information, though no online system is entirely risk-free.

8. Third-Party Policies

Your use of connected platforms is governed by their own privacy policies (Pinterest, TikTok, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X Corp., etc.).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
