1. Service Description

Publify It lets you connect and manage multiple platforms — including Pinterest, TikTok, Google Business Profile, Twitter (X), Mastodon, WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, Threads, YouTube, Instagram, and Bluesky — to create, schedule, and publish content and view analytics.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent).
• Provide accurate information and maintain your credentials securely.
• Notify us of unauthorized access and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Publify It operates on subscription plans listed on our site.
• Fees are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you create or upload.
• You grant us a limited license to store and transmit that content only to deliver the Service.
• You must have rights to all materials you publish.

5. Platform Integrations and APIs

• Your use of each integrated platform is governed by its own Terms of Service.
• Publify It uses official APIs from each provider and may store tokens to post on your behalf.
• Integrations may change or be discontinued at any time due to third-party API updates.

6. Prohibited Use

• Do not violate laws, infringe rights, post harmful content, or interfere with others’ use.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or misuse any API connection.

7. Availability and Modifications

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or terminate portions of the Service as needed for maintenance or improvement.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime; data deletion follows our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non-payment.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
